A NEW CHAPTER OF CONTRIBUTION

The care you brought
to building your business.
Applied to giving.

Building a business takes judgement, commitment and a willingness to learn. Thoughtful philanthropy asks for those qualities too.

You may be considering giving for the first time, responding to requests as they arrive, or looking for greater direction in what you already support.

We help you work through the questions that matter: what you care about, where your resources can contribute, whom to work alongside, and how to sustain that relationship.

Your intentions matter.
So do the priorities of the people your giving will affect.

HOW WE WORK WITH YOU

From intention
to considered action.

Begin with a defined engagement.
Develop a longer relationship as your

BEFORE WE BEGIN

A few questions
you may have.

Do I need to know which cause to support?

No. Clarifying your priorities is part of the initial work. We explore what matters to you and learn about the context before narrowing the focus.

Do I need to establish a foundation?

We begin with your purpose and intended contribution. If a formal structure becomes relevant, we can help define the questions to take to appropriately qualified legal and tax advisers.

Can my family be involved?

Yes. The scope can include family conversations about shared priorities, participation and how giving might continue over time.

How are fees structured?

The Giving Strategy engagement has an agreed scope and fixed professional fee. Partner assessment and ongoing support are scoped separately. Fees reflect the advisory work involved.

What is included in partner assessment?

The initial strategy includes exploration of potential partners. Detailed organisational due diligence and negotiating funding arrangements require a separately agreed engagement.

Do you provide financial, legal or tax advice?

Our focus is giving strategy, partnerships and implementation. Financial, legal, investment and tax advice remains with appropriately qualified specialists, including your existing advisers.
